Prestige Raintree Park is Prestige Group's futuristic new launch project in Bangalore, set to debut in 2024. It is one of the biggest residential debuts in 2024, and the project will be completed in two phases. Phase 1 will have 1600 residences in tall buildings over 28 acres. The project comprises 3,3.5, and 4.5 BHK units of various sizes. There are nearly 600 units of three bedrooms with study flats. There are more than 200 three-bedroom units which include a maid's flat. There are almost 200 units of 4-bedroom flats. There are almost 200 units of five-bedroom (4 bedroom plus studio) flats. The Karnataka RERA Board certified Prestige Raintree Park Whitefield's RERA application on August 27, 2024.
