Tips to keep food fresh longer that you may not know
Hello MyFood community,
I want to open a Steal Brainrot Game topic to discuss how to preserve food at home. Every day we are faced with the problem of food spoiling quickly, especially vegetables, fruits and processed foods. I have tried some basic ways such as:
Wrapping vegetables in moisture-absorbing paper before putting them in the refrigerator.
Using vacuum boxes to preserve meat and fish.
Dividing meals into small portions and freezing them to maintain quality.
But I still find that some foods spoil very quickly even after applying the above tips.
I want to ask everyone:
Do you have any tips to preserve food for a long time while still maintaining its natural flavor?
Are there any foods that you find difficult to keep fresh but you have a "secret" way to handle them?
Which preservation methods do you think are effective and easy to apply at home?
We look forward to receiving your sharing so that we and everyone can gain more experience, both reducing food waste and saving costs.
Thank you everyone!
