Best way to store mixed leafy greens from a CSA box?

Hey everyone,

I just started getting a weekly CSA box and I’ve been loving the fresh produce, but I’m having trouble keeping the mixed leafy greens (like arugula, spinach, baby kale, etc.) fresh for more than a few days. They start wilting or getting slimy really quickly, even when I put them in the fridge right away.

Does anyone have a go-to method for storing these types of greens to keep them fresh and crisp for longer? I’ve heard of using paper towels or storing them in a container with airflow, but I’m not sure what really works best.

Would love to hear what’s worked for you all!
Thanks in advance
